All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave — if you'd like to select signature required, please do so on your tracking confirmation link. Goods being sent to a parcel locker or PO box can only be sent via Australia Post. During peak sale periods, extended delivery times may be apparent.

Australia Post do not consistently update their tracking for standard shipment parcels. If 14 days have passed with no update, please contact us via contact@babylemonadestore.com.au so we can instigate a search with Australia Post — or contact Australia Post directly and provide us with the claim number so we can assist you.

Any time a FREE SHIPPING code is applied to an order, the order will be shipped via Standard post only.

Enter your code and click the APPLY button, which will show the discounted amount in your cart. It's up to you to ensure the discount has been successfully applied before paying — only one discount code can be used per order, and we're unable to alter payment after checkout if a code wasn't applied, so please check your order summary before continuing.

International shipping is sent using Australia Post Global Mail (depending on the service and country you select), and delivery schedules vary by destination country. Once your order has a tracking number, we recommend tracking it via the Australia Post website. International transport capabilities remain capped at this time, so some deliveries may take longer than usual.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all import taxes and charges associated with their order for their relevant country — Baby Lemonade Store charges you for the cost of shipping only. Baby Lemonade will collect taxes at the time of order when required.

If you change your mind, we're happy to offer a credit voucher or refund within our returns criteria below. If you don't specify a preference in your return request, we'll automatically select credit voucher. If you'd like a credit voucher with bonus, please note this in your return request — you'll receive an additional $10 voucher towards your next purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your full-priced goods — after 14 days you're eligible for a credit voucher only, and your item must reach us within 14 days of you receiving your order or it's eligible for credit only. Once processed you'll get an email with your credit voucher or refund confirmation; refunds go back to your original payment method. Items must be returned in original condition, including tags. Non-returnable items: swimwear, earrings, hair elastics. Pre-sale items can only be returned for store credit. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are used, soiled, worn or damaged, or have hair, perfume or other scent left on the fabric. Goods not returned folded neatly and in their original packaging are not eligible for a refund, and damaged goods will be returned to sender. If your return isn't suitable for refund we'll notify you by email and give you 24 hours to respond before the credit is processed. Return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser, and once your item reaches our warehouse please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Due to limited stock and high turnover, we're unable to offer exchanges online, and we can't hold items during the return process either. Exchange in person at 31B Connor St, Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast.

Visit us at 31B Connor St, Burleigh Heads within 14 days of shipment delivery, with a printed or digital copy of your order information, and our team will help with your return or exchange.

We thoroughly inspect everything before shipping, but if something slips through: email photos and a description to contact@babylemonadestore.com.au within 2 days of delivery. We may ask for the item to be returned for review — approved faulty returns are refunded in full, including original shipping, and we'll try to source a replacement where possible.

We process returns within 5 business days of the item reaching our warehouse, then email you once your credit or refund has gone through. Credit notes don't expire and can be used online or in-store, across our full range.

Postage back to us is at your cost — we don't refund delivery charges or return postage unless the item is faulty. Package it securely, the way it arrived, and send it with a trackable method; we can't process a refund or credit for a parcel that doesn't reach us, or one lost or damaged in transit, so keep your proof of postage.

Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges for change of mind, including size or fit, unless the item is faulty. This is in line with Australian Consumer Law, which doesn't require a refund or replacement on sale items for change of mind.

A discount code of 10% or less is treated as a full-price order for return purposes. Above 10%, or an already-reduced sale item, is not eligible for return. Applies both online and in-store.

Once an order is placed we're unable to cancel, alter or partially refund it, or amend discount codes. Wrong size? Email us straight away and we'll do our best to help, though we can't guarantee a change once an order's gone through.

Pre-sale items ship with an expected date range shown on the product page — we'll keep you updated by email and social media if that changes. An order combining an in-stock and a pre-sale item will be held and shipped together; email us if you'd like them split (this will incur an extra postage charge). Pre-sale orders can't be cancelled, and are only eligible for return as store credit.
